Interesting! The 60's was the time when people stopped trying to fit into "the mold." It began the rise of doing things your own way, and the "whatever works" philosophy. Everybody was trapped inside this thing called "society" and everybody wanted to get out and needed to find themselves in order to do it. So these kind of stories resonant with us today and reach down deep. I think it would be a huge opportunity to do research for the writers of this show or to go in and pitch story ideas.
Loved this. It makes me wonder if there are any female writes on Entourage. Because the women on that show aren't exactly, well, anything more than one-dimensional, you know?
