USA has some of the best TV shows, that no one watches. It's a guilty pleasure. Just enjoyable TV.
Royal Pains is awesome. Very fresh take on old idea. New location. Great characters.
The opposite of House (who I love) is the doctor with a heart of gold and McGyver skills.
